Job summary

Town and Country Dental is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to lead our private practice and ensure optimal patient experiences. The role oversees scheduling, financial performance, and daily admin tasks to support both clinical and administrative teams.

As a critical member of a thriving fee-for-service practice, you will partner with the Dentist(s) to cultivate a collaborative culture, manage P&L, and maintain accuracy in patient accounts while upholding excellent communication with

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare discipline preferred.
  • Three (3) years dental practice management experience to include P&L oversight.
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, filing claims, and explanation of benefits.
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills with the ability to quickly resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with patient accounts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred.

What you’ll do as an Office Manager:
