Position: Studio Manager (Office Manager)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guide morning huddles
  • Analyze and compile reports
  • Audit and correct patient accounts before deadlines
  • Complete end-of-day duties
  • Achieve financial performance and revenue growth goals
  • Support a healthy work environment aligned with our culture and mission
  • Adjust schedules based on patient flow
  • Review operating performance and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with clinical team on charting and coding per ADA guidelines
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain a “team first” and “patient first” mentality
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Train team members on relevant skills
  • Analyze and modify treatment plans considering insurance coverage
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of dental terminology
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
  • At least 1 year of dentistry-related experience
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Experience with scheduling and treatment coordination
  • Experience with OpenDental, Apteryx, and Modento preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Sitting or standing for long periods
  • Working more than 40 hours per week
  • Working in a noisy, clinical environment
  • Potential exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous materials
  • Handling sharp objects and chemicals
  • Communicating with others
  • Repetitive motions and operating machinery
  • Moving objects up to 50 pounds
