The Dental Boutique Westchase is seeking a Rock Star Dental Assistant to join a private practice prioritizing quality care and a world-class patient experience. Core duties include chair-side assistance, iTero scans, temporary crowns, and Invisalign support, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Comfortable with treatment planning and presenting treatment to patients.
• Experience with iTero Scanner a plus.
• Experience with Invisalign a plus but not required.
• Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mastery in chair-side dental assisting.
• Efficiency in making temporary crowns, taking iTero scans, and assisting with Invisalign.
• Comfortable discussing financials and collecting payments with patients.
• Impeccable organization for inventory control.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close.
• Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service.
