Job summary

The Dental Boutique Boynton Beach is seeking a dependable Dental Assistant to join a private practice focused on quality dental care and exceptional patient experience. The role offers strong base pay, benefits, and monthly bonus opportunities in a team with a family atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience, comfort with treatment planning, and familiarity with iTero and Invisalign is a plus. Open Dental knowledge is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Comfortable with treatment planning and presenting treatment to patients.
• Experience with iTero Scanner a plus.
• Experience with Invisalign a plus but not required.
• Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mastery in chair-side dental assisting.
• Efficient in making temporary crowns, taking iTero scans, and assisting with Invisalign.
• Comfortable discussing financials and collecting payments with patients.
• Impeccable organization for inventory control.
