Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Comfortable with treatment planning and presenting treatment to patients.
• Experience with iTero Scanner is a plus.
• Open Dental experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mastery in chair-side dental assisting.
• Efficiently take iTero scans and assist with Invisalign.
• Present treatment and discuss options with patients.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and patient service.
• Be flexible with scheduling and occasional extended hours.

This is a family owned general dentistry office providing an extensive range of dental services including Invisalign, implants, and full arch restorations.

Core Competencies:

• - Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience
• - Comfortable with treatment planning and presenting treatment to patients
• - Experience with iTero Scanner a plus
• - Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required

Essential Functions:

• Mastery in chair-side dental assisting
• Efficiency in making temporary crowns, taking iTero scans, and assisting with Invisalign
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present treatment
• Comfortable discussing financials and payment options with patients
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close
• Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
