• Provide feedback to improve tactics and outcomes.
• Lead, coach and mentor team for improvements.
• Ensure the office complies with policies and regulatory bodies.
• Lead daily huddles and other required meetings.
• Safeguard PDS brand decisions and extend brand framework.
• Function as SME for PDS processes and tools.
• Support PPE and HC Handoff to gain Patients for Life.
• Educate clinicians and referrals regarding Mouth-Body Connection.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Other duties as assigned.
