Job summary

Enable Dental, Inc. is expanding its national specialty network to deliver high-quality dental care in mobile settings. The Network Management Specialist will recruit, onboard, and manage specialists in oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and related fields, partnering with the COO to drive strategy and execution.

You will own provider relationships, lead negotiations, ensure credentialing readiness, and monitor performance metrics to optimize access and outcomes for patients nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in provider recruitment, network development, healthcare contracting, or related roles.
• Dental experience strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple markets and provider pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and build the network of dental specialists.
• Identify priority markets and specialty gaps based on growth strategy and patient demand.
• Onboard and credentialing of high-quality dental specialists.
• Conduct outreach campaigns, manage pipeline tracking, and drive signed agreements.
• Own provider relationships and serve as primary relationship manager for contracted specialists.
• Negotiate compensation and contracts in partnership with leadership.
• Ensure agreements align with margin targets and operational realities.
• Monitor utilization, productivity, case acceptance, and patient access metrics.
• Support market launches and enterprise client expansions.
