Fidler and Associates in Midlothian, VA, is seeking an experienced Dental Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, performance, and growth of nine dental offices. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of dental management experience required.
• Strong understanding of dental practice KPIs, scheduling, insurance, collections, and treatment planning workflows.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly between office locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for 9 dental practices to ensure efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
• Work with the Clinical Director to develop and implement systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures across all locations.
• Monitor office performance metrics including production, collections, scheduling efficiency, treatment acceptance, and patient retention.
• Partner with doctors and leadership teams to achieve organizational goals and growth initiatives.
• Ensure offices maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and state dental regulations.
• Assist Director of Operations with onboarding new locations.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and support regional office managers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and accountability meetings with office leadership teams.
• Foster a positive, patient-focused, and team-oriented culture throughout the organization.
• Identify training opportunities and support professional development for team members.
• Assist in conflict resolution and employee relations matters when needed.
