• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and website content management.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting to track referral trends.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities and ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and attend promotional events, open houses, study clubs, and speaker engagements to strengthen relationships and referrals.
• Update and manage website content in collaboration with leadership and vendors to drive referrals and brand awareness.
• Create, publish, and manage content on social media platforms to expand the referral network.
• Assist with outreach initiatives to grow the referral network and partner with dental practices.
• Provide front desk support and assist with daily office operations as needed.
• Monitor referrals and maintain the referral database; track expenses.
• Prepare and present referral data to practice surgeons to support growth.
• Field promote services through call planning, follow-ups, and appointments; generate reports.
• Order, deliver, and stock marketing materials to referring offices and visit offices regularly.
• Prepare reports and materials for campaigns, mailings, and events.
• Plan employee engagement activities and office celebrations to support culture.
