Job summary

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead responsibilities: supervise and train Back Office employees.
• Review charts daily in Open Dental and ensure chart information accuracy.
• Coordinate staff schedules, daily coverage, and track hours/O.T. appropriately.
• Maintain OSHA logs, postings, deadlines, and ensure office-wide compliance.
• Oversee externships and new employee training to ensure performance.
