Job summary
The Hello Team is seeking a Remote Dental CAD/CAM Support Technician to assist dental labs and clinics with CAD/CAM software, milling systems, and 3D printing equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, guide users through digital workflows, and help ensure efficient production in a fast-paced remote environment.
Ideal candidates have experience with digital dentistry technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
Qualifications
- Proficient in CAD/CAM dental software (Exocad, 3Shape or similar).
- Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or customer service.
- Familiar with dental workflows, milling, and 3D printing.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for dental CAD/CAM systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely.
- Train users on digital dental workflows and software.
- Support workflow optimization and case production processes.
- Manage support tickets and document resolutions.
- Assist customers with basic software setup and updates.
- Answer customer questions and provide guidance on system use.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
