Bakers Waterproofing, a Groundworks Company, is seeking talented Service Technicians to join their team in the Washington, PA area.

The Service Technician plays a crucial role in the customer journey post-installation, focusing on inspecting and servicing pre-existing foundation repair and water management solutions. They also support customers with additional solutions and needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled appointments with customers
• Travel to customers' homes based on assigned appointments
• Build long-term customer relationships and professionally represent the company
• Recommend additional products/services to improve installations or address issues
• Perform annual maintenance visits and diagnose/reactive service appointments
• Install additional products purchased by customers
• Follow safety regulations and procedures
• Assess solutions for warranty or non-warranty work
• Communicate job status and document all activities to the Service Manager and customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven sales experience preferred but not required
• Construction/Home Improvement experience preferred
• Proven customer relations experience preferred
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid, non-restrictive Driver's License required

Requirements

• Remote & onsite work, reporting to and working remotely from the branch location
• Servicing area within the territory
