Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, terminology, and techniques preferred.
• Previous experience as a dental lab technician.
• High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time.
• Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow directions on prescription. Be able to understand a doctors’ preferences.
• Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect.
• Follow daily schedule and production goals.
• Operate and maintain a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment such as: trimmers, lathes, saw, articulators, and cleaning devices.
• All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required.
