Job summary

National Dentex is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Lab Scheduling Coordinator in Wyoming, MI to manage prescriptions, scheduling, and case handling. The role is on-site with regular hours 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and includes standard benefits.

Responsibilities include reading dentist prescriptions, scheduling work, opening and inspecting cases, packing shipments, and handling customer inquiries by phone. Candidates should have a HS diploma and computer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with keyboard and Windows-based programs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience handling incoming calls.
• Knowledge of tooth anatomy and billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read prescriptions and specifications from dentist.
• Record and schedule work.
• Assist in opening and inspecting cases.
• Assist in packaging cases for shipment.
• Answer telephone, respond to inquiries and notify customers of delivery times.
