Platinum Dental Services is seeking an experienced Dental IT Specialist II to join our on-site team in American Fork, UT. You will work with the IT Manager to support our growing network of dental offices and ensure reliable, secure technology across facilities.

The role emphasizes ownership of tickets, proactive troubleshooting, and collaboration with vendors. Travel is local within Utah; occasional after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Working knowledge of UniFi networking and core IPv4 concepts.
• Experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with RDS and joining and maintaining domain computers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor networks using the UniFi dashboard.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP; manage RDS sessions.
• Write and run scripts within NinjaRMM; deploy patches across the fleet.
• Provide end-user support via phone and chat; manage tickets end-to-end.
