Job summary

The Dental Practice Mechanics is seeking an experienced Dental Insurance Billing Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong dental billing experience and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.

Work remotely, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM in your local time zone, handling the revenue cycle for 4–5 dental practice clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental insurance billing experience, including multi-office account management.
• Strong knowledge of CDT coding, dental terminology, and revenue cycle management.
• Experience with insurance payer websites, EFT retrieval, claims submission, and payment posting.
• Familiarity with clearinghouses; Vyne experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Dentrix, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities
