We are currently seeking a dedicated recruiting team member focused on sourcing and hiring Hygienists, reflecting our growth and current needs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Partnering with managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruiting plans.
2. Opening requisitions and posting job openings.
3. Sourcing licensed Hygienists through various recruiting tools, methods, and social media channels.
4. Screening, qualifying, and recommending candidates for interviews.
5. Collaborating with the Academic team to recruit from colleges, universities, and hygiene programs; attending job fairs as needed.
6. Managing the candidate selection and interview process.
7. Handling negotiations, closing, and onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, strategic environment; healthcare experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform in a dynamic setting.
• Proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel.
• Ideal candidate resides in central or eastern standard time zones.
