Responsibilities:

1. Partner with managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruiting plans.
2. Post job openings and open requisitions.
3. Source licensed Hygienists through various recruiting tools and social media channels.
4. Screen and qualify candidates, and recommend for interviews.
5. Collaborate with the Academic team to recruit from colleges and attend job fairs.
6. Manage the candidate selection, interview, negotiation, and onboarding processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel.
5. Candidate should reside in central or eastern standard time zones.
