Pay

• $48 - $50 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene.
• Valid and active license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• 3+ years of experience as a Dental Hygienist.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with dental equipment sterilization, disinfection procedures, and maintenance.
• Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and patient-focused personality.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient comfort.

Preferences

• License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support
• CPR Certification and/or AED Certification.
• Experience with chairside assisting and direct patient care.
• Experience with operating medical imaging equipment for patient diagnostics.

Job Description

• Conduct initial mouth screenings and check patients' oral health history.
• Perform patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Identify and document conditions such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis.
• Clean and protect patients' teeth by removing plaque and applying fluoride.
• Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-operative care.
• Take and process X-rays and intraoral images.
• Assist in the management of patient records and documentation.
• Ensure all dental equipment is sterilized and maintained according to safety regulations.
• Support the dentist with appropriate treatments for various diseases, including oral cancer.
