Job summary

Blackman Grove Dental in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a 13‑person team in a patient‑focused practice.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Hygienist license is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certifications must be maintained.
• OSHA, HIPAA and infection control training must be up to date.
• Minimum 1+ year of RDH clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Screening patients during check-ups.
• Reviewing patient histories and administering prophylaxis.
• Documenting areas of existing restorations and using X-ray equipment.
• Instructing patients on oral hygiene and conducting recalls and new patient visits.
• Supportive collaboration with doctors and dental team.

• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
