Job summary

Blackman Grove Dental in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). The ideal candidate will join an 13‑person team in a supportive, patient‑focused practice with a modern setup and on-site EFDA support.

Responsibilities include prophylaxis, taking X-rays, patient education, and maintaining documentation. New graduates are encouraged to apply and a consistent Mon-Thu 6:30–4 schedule with Fri 8–1 is offered.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold an active Tennessee Hygienist license (RDH).
• Minimum 1 year of RDH clinical experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis including scaling and polishing.
• Document patient histories and treatment plans.
• Take and interpret X-rays as needed.
• Instruct patients on oral hygiene techniques.
• Assist in procedures and maintain sterile environment.
