Job summary

Baystate Dental in Springfield, Massachusetts is hiring a Full-Time Dental Hygienist. This role supports students transitioning to licensure with mentorship and hands-on clinical exposure in a busy practice.

You will perform routine cleanings, educate patients on oral hygiene, assist dentists with exams and X-rays, and maintain accurate records while following sterilization protocols. Active RDH license required.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Responsibilities

Baystate Dental is now hiring a Full-Time Dental Hygienist in Springfield, Massachusetts!

If you are currently in hygiene school, preparing for boards, waiting on licensure, or recently graduated, this program was designed specifically to help you transition confidently into your career as a Dental Hygienist.
