Job summary

Alliance Dental Care in East Longmeadow, MA is hiring a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team. You will perform routine cleanings, assessments, and patient education in a warm, team-based environment.

The role offers an hourly compensation range of $45–$50/hour with a schedule Monday–Thursday 8AM–5PM, Friday 8AM–2PM, and Saturday 8AM–12PM.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene.
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• CPR/First Aid certification and local anesthetic certification (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Assist dentists with exams, treatments, and taking dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to sterilization protocols.
