Baystate Dental of Holyoke is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in Holyoke, Massachusetts. You will provide high-quality patient care in a warm, team-based environment and support routine cleanings, assessments, and education.

The schedule is Monday to Friday with specific hours; compensation includes a competitive hourly salary, a sign-on bonus where applicable, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages,

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene.
• License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols.

Status:Hourly/Salaried

Schedule: Monday 8a-6p, Tuesday 8a-5p Wednesday OFF, Thursday 8a-5p Friday 8a-3p
