Baystate Dental of Springfield is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist in Springfield, MA to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. As a Dental Hygienist atBaystate Dental of Springfield, you’ll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.

Our team works closely together in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology such as Overjet, a CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). These tools help us deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring our hygienists have the resources and support they need to provide high-quality work they can take pride in.

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly pay $48 -$52 + Bonus
• Start with a guaranteed base rate of $48-$52/hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn 33% of your net production when it exceeds your guaranteed hourly compensation — with the difference paid as a production true-up.
