Job summary

Baystate Dental of Chicopee is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in Chicopee, Massachusetts. You will provide routine cleanings, assessments, and patient education while working in a team-based environment.

We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace with a focus on patient comfort and advanced treatments. Schedule is Thursday and Friday with an hourly compensation model and benefits including 401(k) with company match and additional wellness options.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
• CPR/First Aid certification and Local anesthesia certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to sterilization protocols.
