Baystate Dental of Greenfield is seeking a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our state-of-the-art practice in Greenfield, MA. You will perform routine cleanings, take X-rays, educate patients, and support dentists in exams and treatments.

We offer a guaranteed base hourly rate of $48–$52 with an opportunity to earn 33% of net production once you exceed base compensation, plus annual merit increases and a range of health, retirement, and professional growth benefits.

Qualificações

• Active RDH license in MA.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
• Local Anesthesia certification.
• Strong communication and patient care focus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance.
• Take dental X-rays and conduct oral health assessments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.

Compensation & Incentives

• $48-$52/hour
• Start with aguaranteed base rate of $48-$52/hour. You will also have the opportunity to earn33% of your net production when it exceeds your guaranteed hourly compensation— with the difference paid as a production true-up.
• Annual merrit increase up to 3%!

• Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments as neededMaintain accurate patient records, medical history and ensure compliance with industry regulations
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Local Anesthesia certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
