Job summary

Wesley Dentistry in Brentwood, TN, is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a patient-focused practice with a supportive, collaborative team. Expect 50-60 minute appointments and a schedule Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–1:00 PM with a one-hour lunch.

The practice emphasizes quality care and work-life balance. You’ll work with Denticon, Cavitron, and digital panoramic imaging in a modern environment, under experienced providers, with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Hygienist license.
• Current BLS/CPR certifications.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training.
• Minimum 1 year of RDH clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Screening patients during check-ups.
• Reviewing patient’s history.
• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing.
• Documents area of existing restorations.
• Use of X-ray.
• Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique.
• Conduct screenings.
• Assist patients with oral hygiene.

• Denticon practice management software
• Modern technology including Cavitron and Digital Panoramic Imaging
