Job summary

Wesley Dentistry in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join an established, patient-focused team. You will provide prophylaxis, exam support, and patient education while working with a collaborative group of providers.

Experience with Denticon, digital imaging, and modern technology is valued. The schedule runs Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–1:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Hygienist license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA and infection control training annually.
• Minimum 1 year of RDH clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients during check-ups and review dental history.
• Administer prophylaxis by scaling and polishing.
• Use X-ray and digital panoramic imaging to assist diagnoses.
• Document areas of existing restorations and treatment plans.
• Instruct patients on effective oral hygiene techniques.
• Support team with routine patient care and intake processes.
• Collaborate with Dr. Wesley, Dr. Haedge and Dr. Chavana.
