Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years combined education/experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, presentations, and Google Apps
• Experience supporting executive-level professionals
• Ability to manage deadlines amidst competing priorities
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Program operations management including curriculum updates, scheduling, and textbook orders
• Coordinate student recruitment, admissions support, orientation, and student progress tracking
• Provide general administrative support: billing, site visits, procurement, and other duties as assigned
