Anne Arundel Community College in Arnold, MD, seeks a Dental Hygiene Clinical Coordinator to lead clinical instruction and oversee the AACC Dental Clinic. This in-person, full-time role reports to the DHY program director and requires management of clinical education, safety, and compliance with CODA standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Maryland dental hygiene license (or DDS/DMD), CPR certification, and be capable of teaching across clinical and didactic formats.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of two years of dental hygiene teaching experience.
• Active Maryland license to practice dental hygiene and CPR certification.
• Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour weekly schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

• Oversee the program's clinical instruction and supervise students in the AACC Dental Clinic.
• Ensure patient safety, infection prevention, and compliance with CODA standards.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, equipment maintenance, and record keeping.
• Collaborate with faculty to support curriculum development and assessment.
• Coordinate program outreach, student advisement, and events.
