Qualifications

• On-the-job training may be required based on state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and protecting PHI will be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and support overall patient comfort.
• Review health history to provide quality care.
• Assist hygienists during procedures following the state practice act.
• Prepare rooms, stock instruments and supplies.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Maintain safety protocols per OSHA and CDC guidance.
• Collaborate with providers to maximize office workflow.
