Qualifications

• Must be eligible to teach clinical courses by affiliate-site requirements.
• Associate’s degree or higher required.
• CODA-accredited program graduate required.
• Registered Dental Hygienist licensed in Texas or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Copy of transcript conferring degree and certifications must accompany application.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses and laboratories in dental hygiene.
• Develop and use syllabi for courses.
• Assess and report student outcomes and progress.
• Maintain accurate student records and required reports.
• Provide academic advising and participate in department activities.
