Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with Dentists and help patients commit to the best treatment plan. The role focuses on educating patients about financial options, overcoming objections, and supporting a perfect patient experience.

As part of the team, you will manage insurance pre-authorizations, support office productivity, and participate in daily huddles and team meetings while upholding the Comprehensive Care Model and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Knowledge of office practices and patient insurances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture and standards per the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
• Obtain financial commitment from patients to initiate dentistry.
• Proficiently use the PDS system and tools to assist patients with decisions.
• Execute HC handoff with clinicians for every exam patient.
• Be the subject matter expert on financial options for patient budgets.
