Job summary

OM Performance Marketing is a dental-focused digital marketing agency seeking an early-career Business Development Manager who can move fast, execute hard, and develop into a confident sales producer. You will work closely with leadership, gaining hands-on experience with inbound and partner-referred leads, taking increasing ownership of prospect communications, follow-up, proposals, and closing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in sales or business development within the dental industry or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a consultative sales role.
• Ability to manage and organize multiple opportunities in a pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and partner-driven leads with timely follow-up.
• Research dental practices to understand needs and growth opportunities.
• Lead discovery calls and progress toward proposals and closing.
• Articulate OM's value to dental-specific challenges and goals.
• Own qualified opportunities from discovery to closing with coaching.
• Maintain pipeline records in HubSpot and collaborate with teams.
