Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dental front-office experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification.
• Friendly, dependable, and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Manage patient check-in, intake, and information collection.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Answer and manage multiple phone lines.
• Assist with insurance verification and related administrative tasks.
• Discuss treatment costs, patient copays, and collections.
• Maintain accurate patient information and records.
• Support the dental team with day-to-day administrative needs.
