• Experience with dental insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage multiple phone lines.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Complete patient intake and maintain records.
• Verify dental insurance and assist patients with questions.
• Discuss procedures and copays with patients.
• Collect patient payments and assist with collections.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients.
• Work closely with doctors, hygienists, and staff.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
