Job summary

East Broad Family Dentistry is seeking a Dental Office Assistant with at least 1 year of dental experience. You will greet patients, manage front desk duties, and use Dentrix for scheduling and records to support multiple providers in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression
• Manage front office duties: answer phones, mail, emails, and coordinate with patients and insurers
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
• Post insurance and patient payments; handle accounts receivable
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential
