Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and scheduling.
• Use Dentrix to schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on payments and benefits.
• Coordinate with providers to optimize scheduling and patient flow.
• Support account receivables and post payments as needed.
• Assist with treatment plan discussions and payment options.
