Job summary

Merced, CA dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Professional to manage the Doctor’s schedule exclusively. You will ensure the doctor’s daily schedule remains productive and aligned with production goals in a structured PPO / Fee-for-Service model.

The role requires production-based scheduling expertise, excellent communication, and meticulous record-keeping. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with benefits including PTO and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Previous dental front office experience required.
• Knowledge of production scheduling and treatment coordination.
• Experience verifying insurance benefits and presenting treatment options.
• Familiarity with Practice Web preferred.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Doctor’s schedule to maintain production goals
• Schedule treatment appointments strategically to maximize efficiency
• Confirm appointments and reduce cancellations or gaps
• Coordinate treatment plans and communicate financial options
• Verify insurance benefits accurately
• Maintain organized and detailed patient records using Practice Web
• Communicate with patients through Weave
• Monitor schedule flow and adjust as needed throughout the day
