The Mosaic Dental Collective is seeking a friendly Front Office Coordinator for Sean Rhee DDS in the Greater Sacramento Area, supporting Sacramento and Woodland offices. You’ll be the first smile patients see, greeting them, coordinating appointments, and handling insurance verifications with a patient-centered approach.

Enjoy competitive pay of $23-$27/hr, full-time schedule (4 days in Sacramento, 1 day in Woodland), and comprehensive benefits as part of a supportive, team-oriented practice.

Qualifications

• Prior dental front office experience.
• Specialty experience is a plus.
• Willing to commute to all 3 offices in Placerville, El Dorado Hills, and Citrus Heights.
• A strong communicator who's helpful, kind, and patient-focused.
• Comfortable with scheduling software or open to learning.
• Attention to detail and a love for keeping things organized.
• Someone who's team-oriented and excited to contribute.
