• Experience in customer service or hospitality is welcome.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Managing a multi-line phone system.
• Preparing route slips daily.
• Confirmation calls.
• Insurance verification using a third‑party system.
• Overall schedule management.
• Review balances/credits and collect payments if necessary.
• Email management and patient follow up.
