• Experience with scheduling and front desk operations is preferred.
• Understanding of insurance codes, claim filing, collections and AR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments efficiently to ensure patient satisfaction and practice profitability.
• Handle insurance requests, pre-determinations and care credit where applicable.
• Enter checks, denials and manage AR processes as part of front desk duties.
• Assist with treatment planning and general front desk tasks.
