Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency with computer systems and office software.
• Experience in a dental front desk or medical front office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and practice profitability.
• Understand and manage insurance codes, claims, and AR; submit pre-determinations and respond to insurance requests.
• Handle collections, denials, and use of Care Credit; assist with treatment planning and entering checks.
