On Call Dental Urgent Care in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Dental Front Office Receptionist for a full-time role. You will greet patients, manage intake forms, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and handle billing while supporting a fast-paced urgent-care environment.

The role offers competitive hourly pay ($20.00 - $22.00/hr DOE) plus a monthly team performance bonus, with benefits under ADC’s comprehensive package. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus and 1+ year experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dental or medical front-desk experience.
• Experience with Denticon or similar dental practice software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft) preferred.
• Basic understanding of dental insurance verification, PPO breakdowns, and co-pay collection.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a strong plus.
• Ability to stay calm and empathetic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/out processes.
• Schedule appointments and manage phone calls in Denticon to keep 5 operatories running smoothly.
• Verify insurance, check benefits and enter patient data accurately.
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans and post-appointment care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and prepare daily patient charts; participate in morning huddles.
