Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage patient scheduling Present treatment plans and make financial arrangements
  • Verify insurance and collect copays at time of service
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up to date
  • Keep the Doctor’s schedule full Communicate effectively with clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly
  • Assist with billing and claims follow‑up
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
  • Support the Office Manager and assist with day‑to‑day operations as needed
