Job summary

Mint Dentistry is seeking a Dental Front Desk professional (Patient Concierge) to be the first and last impression for patients. You’ll greet patients like VIPs, manage the schedule, and coordinate payments with care, while supporting the clinical team to ensure a seamless experience.

You should bring a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Dental/front desk exposure is a plus and social media savvy is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience (dental/front desk a plus).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage daily scheduling for smooth flow.

Act as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer — representing the MINT image with confidence and professionalism. Engage in social media opportunities, helping share the MINT experience online when needed. Build real connections — with patients, teammates, and our community.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of customer service experience — dental or front desk is a plus. Strong multitasking skills — you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
