Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental front office or treatment plan coordination experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, ADA codes, and insurance processes.
• Experience with Open Dental or similar practice software.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, compassionate and goal-oriented.
• Professional appearance suitable for a high-end clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Answer incoming calls and manage high-volume scheduling using practice management software.
• Verify benefits, estimate out-of-pocket costs, and present treatment plans.
• Maintain an organized reception area and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Process co-pays, payments, and accurate financial records.
• Open/close the office and assist with front office administration.
• Support lead generation from social media, website, and walk-ins.
• Track lead status and treatment progress in the CRM.
