Palm Dental Center in Hialeah, FL is seeking a Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our clinical team. You will provide a high level of patient care, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with treatment plans while coordinating financial arrangements.

The ideal candidate has experience in dental or medical offices, knowledge of insurance plans, excellent customer service, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental, medical, or health-care office is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
• Experience answering telephone.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and manage front desk interactions.
• Respond to patient questions per policies.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Maintain and update appointment book.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
