Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• 1-5 years of customer service, insurance, or dental experience preferred.
• Familiarity with dental software, Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Verify benefits and prepare treatment estimates.
• Discuss financials with patients and coordinate treatment.
• Handle reception tasks: answer calls, schedule, verify, and confirm appointments.
• Explain procedures, policies, and services to patients.
• Present financial arrangements professionally and empathetically.
• Track appointments, cancellations, and no-shows to maintain flow.
